This is an all new, very intensive development experience combining my executive coaching models with years of experience helping dealers, managers, manufacturers and industry associations improve performance: Supercharged Coaching.

I’m inviting those who are interested and qualified to participate in a “sea change” Whereas mentoring is reactive with the onus on the person being mentored to initiate contact, coaching is proactive, based on developmental needs, metrics for improvement, and timelines for accomplishment. I’ve engaged in such “affirmative” coaching with dealership executives as well as manufacturers and industry associations, General Motors, Nissan, Toyota, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, NADA, ASA just to name a few of hundreds of client organizations that have benefited from my consulting and coaching programs.
