Larry Edwards is the Founder and President of Edwards & Associates Consulting, Inc. E&A specializes in assisting auto manufacturers, auto dealers, and auto repair facilities in improving their results. Edwards & Associates clients include organizations such as General Motors, Nissan, Automotive Service Association, National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA), and over three thousand dealerships and independent repair facilities through out North America. Larry is a Consultant, Speaker, and Author; he has published over 50 articles on strategy, innovation, teambuilding, leadership, diversity, managing dealership service, parts, collisions shops and independent repair facilities. He is also the founder of industry newsletters Service Mangers Digest and Fixed Operations Digest.
Larry is a member of the National Speakers Association. He has appeared on NADA TV and has done keynote speeches for General Motors, Ford, Honda, Nissan and Infiniti national sales meetings. Additionally, he has spoken at six National Auto Body Conferences, Four National Automobile Dealers Conventions and at Automotive Service Association National Conventions. He gives over 50 workshops each year on effective management techniques.
He holds the designation “Certified Management Consultant (CMC) from the Institute of Management Consultants” the only accredited body requiring client references, evidence of successful engagements, and completion of sitting examination on ethical practices.
Larry is a Vietnam War Veteran. He studied Supervisory Management at Georgia State University. He was recognized by “Who’s Who” for his contributions to the art of management.
Larry travels, consults and speaks throughout North America. In his spare time he restores vintage and historic race cars.
